- Did they assist you with product
selections?
- Was the work as good as it was represented
to be?
- On a scale of 1 to 100 with
100 being perfect satisfaction, how
would you
rate your satisfaction
with the contractor?
Their staff? Their subcontractors?
The way they resolved problems?
- On
the same scale, how satisfied were you with
the results?
